• Prohibited Broadcasting or displaying sexually explicit, pornographic, lewd, or non-consensual graphic visual content.
• Prohibited Harassment, hate speech, bullying, stalking, threats of physical harm, or racial and religious slurs.
• Prohibited Recording, screen-capturing, or rebroadcasting video feeds of conversation partners without their express prior consent.
• Prohibited Operating artificial automated bots, virtual webcam emulators, broadcast injections, or commercial spam.
• Prohibited Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, DDoS, or exploit WebRTC routing channels.

4. Automated Moderation & Account Suspension

tiny chat reserves the unilateral right to investigate, flag, disconnect, and permanently block any user, IP address, or subnet that violates these standards. Automated computer vision sentinels and human moderators monitor community health continually. Determinations regarding conduct violations are final and binding.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. tiny chat makes no guarantee that video streaming will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stranger conduct will adhere to community standards at all times. You assume full personal responsibility for your interactions with remote participants.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall tiny chat, its operators, affiliates, directors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or any conduct exhibited by third-party strangers.
